Limelightpk offers a hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, invoices, and protective seals are intact.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send the package through a traceable courier service to our designated returns center; shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund as a store credit or via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
